Basketball Years

During my Junior and High School years, I was an active sportsman who played most sports, but Basket Ball became my game. I lead my High School to the national championship and also represented my region and the England, before responding to the call of ministry and Christian service. At the age of 21, my global ministry began. I started preaching throughout Europe, America, and the West Indies. I had over 30 years experience in ministry, and my goal is to pass on my experience and knowledge to those who desire to make a global impact.

Ministry Across Three Continents

U.K., Years

Nested in the ministry of the New Testament Church of God, Nottingham, UK was where I flourished as a leader. I credit my success to the mentorship of the local church ministries of Bishop H. Grant and Bishop G.E. Beason, and National Leadership of Bishop Jeremiah McIntyre, Bishop S.E Arnold, Bishop R. O. Brown and Bishop Eric Brown. I was raised and later served as pastor in the New Testament Church of God, Nottingham. I was also part of the foundering team of Nottingham University Urban Theology Program, where I worked as the first Director and Tutor for five years. I was promoted to the rank of Ordained Bishop in the Church of God (Cleveland TN) in the year 2000 and completed my Ph.D., in Theology at the University of Birmingham in the UK in 2002, under the supervision of Professor Allan Anderson.

Africa Years

In 1997 my wife and I heeded the call to move to Ghana to serve the church's leadership and empowerment needs across Africa. During those years I pastored Christ the King Church in Dansoman and planted a number of churches throughout Ghana. I was also the founder and CEO of West Africa Ministries (WAM), which played a vital role in rebuilding shattered lives in the war-torn countries of Sierra Leone, Liberia and the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire. WAM focused its work on Capacity-building healing programs and initiatives for victims and survivors of war. I also served as a Professor for a number of theological institutions in Ghana, including, Good News Theological Seminary, Akrofi-Christeller Memorial Center of Applied Theology, Pan African Christian University (where I was a founding member and served as Dean of Students for five years), and the University of Ghana (Legon).

US Years

In 2008 we felt the Lord calling us to move to the USA where, after a brief stint in pastoring in New England, CT., I was invited to serve as the Professor of Intercultural Studies and the Executive Director of the Center for Global Missions. In 2012 we planted and co-pastored Restoration Christian Fellowship in Norfolk, Virginia (www.rcfchurch.net) where we pastored until 2016. 2012 was also the year I founded Global Empowerment Network (www.globalempowerment.network), where I still serve as CEO.
